Forfeit of $600 Administration Fees apply regardless of the reason and date of cancellation.
Forfeit 20% if Cancellations made within 90 – 60 days prior to trip date (Plus Administration fees).
Forfeit 30% if Cancellations made within 60 – 45 days prior to trip date (Plus Administration fees).
Forfeit 50% if Cancellations made within 45 – 15 days prior to trip date (Plus Administration fees).
Cancellation made within 15 days or less prior to trip date will incur no refund.
